Short Feather Top:

Cast on 24 sts and work in the flat.

Repeat these two rows three more times each (eight rows total), then cast off.

Making Up:

Arrange both pieces of the wing so the cast off edge is at the top and overlap them as shown in the diagram.

how to assemble the parts of the wing

Sew around the edges of the pieces to fix them together.

Attach the folded wings to the keyring buddy body with a short vertical row of stitches starting at the dip in the center of the wing shape.
