Hood (F2)

This hood can be worn up or down. Big hairstyles may get in the way.

You will need:

  • yarn scraps
  • 2 x double pointed knitting needles (3mm)
  • tapestry needle
  • scissors

Cast on 14 stitches and work in the flat.

  5. Row 5: k6, kfb, k3, kfb, k7 (20)

Slip the first eight stitches onto a second needle. Use Kitchener stitch to graft the two sets of stitches together.

Making Up:

Shape the hood by finding the cast on edge of the knitting and folding the last few stitches on each side inwards. Sew into place. The whole cast on edge is attached across the shoulders of the keyring buddy.
