Elm Twig (Front)

I knitted some elm leaves and attached them to a knitted twig.

The leaves are green, as are the branches that attach to them – it's more obvious on the reverse view. The centre branch of the twig is a slightly browner green than the leaves (a brown-brown twig made the joins too jarring). If I was knitting a branch then this twig would join onto a bigger twig which would be a slightly greeny brown and that would join onto a branch that was a fully brown-brown so that the colour changes would seem as natural as possible.

That paragraph sounded better in my head.
